Canvas / Export grades

Issue

• I went to export Gradebook, opened another program, but my Canvas export is stuck
• It is taking a long time to export my grades from Canvas

Cause

• Canvas is not always able to process export requests instantly

Resolution

• Wait several hours and check back. Your export will be ready for download — select the Export button in the Gradebook again
• If your grades have still not been exported, check the Canvas Status page to learn if an outage has occurred
