  • To provide instruction on editing personal ticket templates in TeamDynamix

  • 10374: TeamDynamix (TDX)

Procedure

  1. Open TeamDynamix
  2. Open the IT Tickets application
  3. Select the gear in the upper right
  4. Select My Templates
  5. Select Edit next to the desired template
