ClassTech / Teaching station touch panel is frozen

Objective
To provide troubleshooting guidance for the Crestron teaching station when:
The touch screen on on the classroom teaching station is frozen
Crestron panel keeps locking up and becomes unresponsive
The Crestron control pad is not working (no power/information/choices showing on the touch screen)

Touch panel with buttons
Unplug the teacher station from the electrical outlet on the wall
Wait approximately 10 seconds and plug back in
Watch the touch panel and do not press any buttons until the power down cycle completes
Once the system reboots press system power to begin (This could take 5 minutes for the switch to reboot.)
Make sure the teacher station PC has also been restarted
Touch panel with no buttons
Unplug the teacher station from the electrical outlet on the wall
Wait approximately 10 seconds and plug back in
Look in the teacher station cabinet and locate the component that has the Crestron logo
The power light on the left hand side of the Crestron controller MUST be on before the system will operate
Press system power to begin
Make sure the teacher station PC has also been restarted
When all else fails
