Canvas / Grades show a rocket instead of student's score

Cause

• Settings were changed on a Canvas quiz after being published

Resolution

• This Canvas Guide will show you how to use the icons and colors in the Gradebook.
• Open Speedgrader and navigate to the student submission
  • Check to see if there is a point value entered for each question
    • If values need to be entered do so and then click the Update button at the bottom of the screen
  • Double-check to see if the grade is visible in the grade box
  • Review the gradebook to see if the rocket has been replaced by a grade value
