Objective
To provide instruction on viewing and updating TDX support tickets that others in my department have submitted
Scope
Specific individuals may be granted permission to see tickets logged in the name of other people in their assigned departments; only individuals with these elevated permissions may do so
Environment
10374: TeamDynamix (TDX)
Resolution
View open ticket requests
Check the box to enable the option,
Include requests from my accounts / departments
Locate the ticket you want to view using the search features
If necessary, adjust search terms to view closed tickets or narrow the list of tickets
Add terms to search within the ticket
Adjust the status class to see
Completed
or
Cancelled
tickets
Click the title of the ticket you want to update
Click
Comment
Specify who — of the people involved in this ticket so far — should receive your comment
Enter your comment
Click
Save
